How Delivery Works

Complete Your Purchase

Select your funnel pack and complete checkout via our secure payment processor.

Receive Your Download Email

Within minutes of payment confirmation, you will receive an email with your download link and access instructions.

Download Your Templates

Click the link in your email to download your template files. Links are valid for 30 days and allow up to 5 downloads.

Set Up and Launch

Follow the included setup guide to customize and deploy your funnel. Our support team is available if you need help.

Delivery Timeframe

All ConvertFunnels products are delivered digitally and instantly after payment is confirmed. In most cases, you will receive your download email within 1–5 minutes. During peak times or payment verification, delivery may take up to 30 minutes.

If you have not received your download email within 30 minutes:

  • Check your spam or junk mail folder
  • Ensure the email address used at checkout was correct
  • Contact us at hello@convertfunnels.com with your order details

Download Links

Download links are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and allow up to 5 downloads per purchase. If your link expires or you have exceeded the download limit, contact us and we will regenerate your link at no cost.

File Formats

Depending on the product, files may be delivered in the following formats:

  • ZIP archive containing all template files and guides
  • PDF guides and setup instructions
  • Google Docs / Google Slides (shared via a shareable link)
  • Platform-specific export files (e.g., ClickFunnels, Systeme.io import files)
  • Video walkthrough access links (for applicable packs)

Technical Requirements

To access your digital products, you will need:

  • An internet connection to receive and download files
  • A device capable of opening ZIP files and PDF documents
  • A Google account (for Google Docs templates)
  • An account with the relevant page-building platform (for platform-specific imports)

Product Updates

When we release updates to a product you have purchased, you will be notified by email and can download the updated version at no additional cost using a refreshed download link.

Responsibility After Delivery

Once a product has been delivered and downloaded, you are responsible for keeping a backup copy of your files. ConvertFunnels is not responsible for loss of downloaded files due to device failure or accidental deletion. We recommend storing your downloaded files in a cloud storage service such as Google Drive or Dropbox.
